Odoo, built around how your business works
We analyse how you work, set up Odoo, connect it to your bank and your accountant, and train your team. After that, we stay your point of contact.
One system for your whole business
Odoo is business software that keeps your sales, projects, accounting, inventory, staff and website in one database. You choose the parts you need today and add more as you grow. You pay per user, not per module, so an extra app costs no extra licence.
A customer, a product or an invoice exists only once. Every department looks at the same figures.
The source code is public. That lets us build custom development on top of it, and you are never tied to one supplier.
Start with accounting and invoicing, then add projects or inventory next year. No new migration needed.
The modules, grouped the way your business works
Not a list of fifty apps. We start from your processes and pick the modules that support them.
Sales and CRM
Every enquiry lands in one pipeline. You put together a quote in minutes with your own prices and terms, and a signed quote turns into an order by itself.
Projects and hours
From order to project without retyping anything. Hours, planning and costs land on the right project, so you can see what each site or job earns.
Accounting and invoicing
Invoices go out via Peppol and bank statements come in automatically. Your accountant works in the same database, so nobody exports to another package any more.
Inventory and purchasing
You know what is in stock, what is on its way and when to reorder. Purchase orders follow from your sales or your production, with your suppliers and their prices included.
HR
Leave, attendance, contracts and expenses in one place. You track vacancies and candidates in the same kind of pipeline as your customers.
Website and marketing
Your website can run in the same database as your CRM. A form on your site then becomes a lead straight away, a newsletter goes to your real customer list and an event sells its own tickets. We are just as happy to build a website or campaign without Odoo.
Reporting across everything
Because everything sits in one database, every module reports in the same figures. You see revenue per customer, margin per project and unpaid invoices without building a spreadsheet. On your laptop or on your phone.
Standard where possible, custom where your way of working needs it
We start with what Odoo does out of the box, and that is more than most businesses need. If a step in your process does not fit, we build it in. That keeps your system maintainable and your licence affordable.

What does an Odoo implementation cost?
You pay one fixed project price, set out in the quote before we start. It covers the analysis, the setup, the custom development, the data migration and the training.
A project for an SME usually starts from a few thousand euros. The exact price depends on the modules and the custom development, which we know after the introductory call. Support after go-live is agreed separately, either by the hour or as a fixed annual fee.
How long until we go live?
That depends on the number of modules, the data we migrate and the custom development. Accounting and invoicing on their own are up and running faster than a project with projects, inventory and your own flows.
The quote includes a plan per phase, with your go-live date. Halfway through, we check together whether it still holds.
What do I pay Odoo itself for the licences?
You pay the licences directly to Odoo, per user per month. If you use one app, Odoo is free for unlimited users. From the second app onwards you pay per user, and then all modules are included in the price.
If your database contains custom code, Odoo requires the Custom plan. That costs more than the Standard plan, so we tell you up front which plan you need and what it costs per year.
Can I keep my accountant?
Yes. Your accountant gets their own login with the access rights the firm needs and works in the same database as you. The mandate stays with the firm, and nothing needs exporting at the end of the quarter any more.
If your firm does not work with Odoo yet, we train them too. We already have arrangements in place with accounting firms for this.
What happens to my existing data?
We migrate your customers, suppliers, products and open invoices. How far back we go in your history is something we discuss case by case. An opening balance for the current financial year is often enough.
And after go-live?
After go-live we schedule a check-up: does it work in practice as intended? After that, we stay your point of contact. Questions, maintenance and extensions are agreed by the hour or as a fixed annual fee, so you know in advance what you will pay.
Curious what Odoo would look like for you?
Book an introductory call. One hour on how you work today, with no obligation. Afterwards you will know whether Odoo fits and what it would cost.
